À parte, junte os ovos com a água, o leite condensado, a raspa do limão e a meia colher de fermento. Junte o café na quantidade que desejar e tempere com uma pitada de sal. Coloque o preparado numa forma com buraco untada com caramelo líquido e coza o pudim em banho-maria a uma temperatura média durante cerca de 20 minutos. Deire 100 g de açúcar na água, mexendo sempre até dissolver.  Deixe ferver, sem mexer, até caramelizar.&lt;br /&gt;2. Coloque o caramelo rapidamente  numa forma para o efeito, que deve estar sobre um tabuleiro.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bata os ovos  com o restante açúcar. Aqueça o leite com a baunilha e junte aos ovos, mexendo  bem com a vara de arames. Coe o creme.&lt;br /&gt;4. Coloque o creme na forma e deite  água quente no tabuleiro até meia altura. Leve ao forno a 170ºc. durante 45  minutos. Verifique se está bem cozido.&lt;br /&gt;5. Deixe arrefecer bem, de preferência  durante toda a noite. Coloque a mistura para maria-mole em uma tigela, junte a água e mexa até dissolver completamente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; No copo do liquidificador, coloque a mistura de maria-mole já dissolvida, o leite condensado, o creme de leite, o leite e o leite de coco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; Bata por alguns segundos e, quando estiver bem misturado, junte o coco ralado e torne a bater.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; Coloque o açúcar em uma fôrma redonda de buraco no meio, própria para microondas, e leve ao forno por cerca de 8 minutos em potência alta para derreter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.&lt;/strong&gt; Espalhe bem, untando toda a fôrma com o açúcar derretido.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.&lt;/strong&gt; Despeje a mistura do liquidificador e leve ao microondas por 9 a 11 minutos em potência alta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.&lt;/strong&gt; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://www.pudins.com/uploaded_images/pudim-de-tapioca-728724.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pudim de Tapioca&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;l xícara de tapioca&lt;br /&gt;4 xícaras de leite quente&lt;br /&gt;l vidro de leite coco&lt;br /&gt;2 xícaras de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;6 ovos ligeiramente batidos&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara de coco fresco ralado&lt;br /&gt;l colher de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque a tapioca numa tigela cubra com o leite quente e deixe de molho por mais ou menos 2 horas. Junte os demais ingredientes, misture bem. (Eu bati no liquificador, porque a tapioca fica bem compacta)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Faça um caramelo e espalhe numa forma de buraco no meio. Coloque o pudim na forma e leve ao forno preaquecido e asse em banho-maria por cerca de 50 min ou até ficar dourado. (Levou mais tempo do que isso!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tire do forno e deixe amornar. Acenda o forno no máximo e coloque lá dentro uma forma com uns dois dedos de água fria.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Verifique, antes, se sua forma de pudim cabe lá dentro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; Coloque o açúcar numa panela, junte 1 xícara de café de água, mexa bem para dissolver o melhor possível o açúcar e leve ao fogo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Não mexa mais com a colher.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; Quando a calda estiver de um dourado escuro, tire do fogo e, com o auxílio de uma colher, caramelize uma forma de pudim, isto é, espalhe a calda em toda a forma, sem esquecer o cone central.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.&lt;/strong&gt; Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.&lt;/strong&gt; Coloque no liquidificador os ovos e o açúcar e bata por 5 minutos, até que esteja bem fofo e claro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.&lt;/strong&gt; Junte a farinha de trigo, colher por colher, sempre batendo e, por fim, o leite fervendo, aos poucos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.&lt;/strong&gt; Continue batendo por mais uns dois minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.&lt;/strong&gt; Despeje a massa obtida, quase líquida, na forma caramelizada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11.&lt;/strong&gt; Leve ao forno, colocando dentro da forma que estará com água fervendo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.&lt;/strong&gt; Deixe por cerca de 50 minutos a uma hora, até que esteja bem dourado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.&lt;/strong&gt; Retire ainda quente, para que a calda não se solidifique.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14.&lt;/strong&gt; (Receita)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 latas de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;A mesma medida das 2 latas de leite&lt;br /&gt;8 ovos&lt;br /&gt;Açúcar e água q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bata muito bem os ovos inteiros, aos quais deve juntar o leite condensado e o leite. Bata novamente e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Para a calda de caramelo, coloca-se o açúcar numa panela e derrete-se. Quando o açúcar ja estiver derretido, junta-se um pouco de água a ferver.&lt;br /&gt;Unta-se uma forma com buraco no meio com o caramelo e coloca-se o preparado do pudim. Leve ao forno em banho maria por mais ou menos 1 hora. Misture muito bem. Unte uma forma com caramelo e deite o prearado. Coloque a forma no forno, em banho maria, durante cerca de 1 hora, mais ou menos.
